Booking & Cancellation Policy
Welcome! To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following policies regarding bookings, cancellations, and appointments.
Deposit & Payment
1. A non-refundable deposit of 35 KD is required to confirm your booking.
2. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
3. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
For bridal makeup:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your bridal makeup booking.
This deposit confirms your appointment and will be applied toward the total service cost.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, you can do so through the confirmation email you received. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible to accommodate your request.
Cancellations & Refunds
• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
• If the appointment is canceled at least 7 days in advance, the deposit will be converted into credit for a future appointment.
• The credit must be used within 3 months from the original appointment date.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be refunded.
• By booking, you agree to these terms.
2. For bridal bookings, we require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice to cancel:
If cancelled with 2+ weeks’ notice, only the cost of the Brova (makeup trial) will be deducted from your deposit.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of the appointment are non-refundable.
3.Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability that day.

💄 No Refund & Exchange Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, all makeup products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
